Appointment Engine Terms of Service
These terms cover the Appointment Engine subscription ("the Service") sold by All Service Leads ("we", "us") to roofing contractors ("you"). They are separate from the terms for Signature Roofing Leads and Roofing Inbound Calls at allserviceleads.com/terms. By paying your first invoice you accept these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service builds and runs, on your behalf, a branded homeowner booking page hosted on our domain, a Google Ads search campaign in a client account under our manager account, a dashboard of the appointments and calls that result, text reminders to homeowners and to you, an optional Google Calendar connection, and a call tracking number that forwards to your phone. We provide the software and the automated management described on the product page; we do not perform roofing work and are not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner.
2. Fees
- A one-time setup fee and a monthly plan fee, at the amounts stated on your invoice. The first month of the plan is free; the monthly fee is invoiced monthly after that until you cancel.
- Google Ads spend. You choose a daily budget during onboarding and can change it in the dashboard. Each day's spend, as reported by Google, is added to your next monthly invoice at cost, plus any service markup stated on your invoice.
Invoices are emailed and are due by the date on the invoice. An unpaid invoice suspends the Service: the campaign pauses and the booking page goes offline until the invoice is paid, after which the Service resumes on its own. Fees are in US dollars, payable through the link on the invoice, and are not refundable except as stated in section 5.
3. Your obligations
- Answer the phone number you gave us and attend the appointments homeowners book, or cancel them through the dashboard so the homeowner is told.
- Pay each invoice by its due date. An unpaid invoice suspends the Service until it is paid.
- Hold whatever license and insurance your state requires for the work you advertise. The ads carry your company name and are your advertising.
- Use homeowner information only to provide the service they asked about, and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and your state's calling rules when you contact them.
4. What we control and what you control
You control the daily budget, whether the campaign is running, your hours, your brand and your phone number. We control the campaign structure, keywords, ads and the nightly optimization rules, which pause keywords, add negative keywords and adjust the daily budget within 20 percent of the figure you set. Every change is recorded in your dashboard. We never change your service area after launch without your written request, and we never delete a campaign.
5. Appointment commitment
[APPOINTMENT GUARANTEE PLACEHOLDER] This section is where the owner's decision on an appointment commitment goes. Options include a minimum number of booked appointments in the first 90 days, with a stated remedy such as continuing the monthly service at no charge until the minimum is met, or a refund of the setup fee less ad spend. Until the owner sets this, the Service carries no promised number of appointments and results depend on your area, your budget and how you handle bookings.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from the billing portal or by emailing info@roofroof.solutions. The campaign pauses when the plan ends, the tracking number is released, and your dashboard stays available in read-only form for 30 days so you can export your appointments. Ad spend already incurred is still charged.
7. Homeowner data
Homeowners who book give their name, phone, email, address and answers to a short questionnaire, and consent to be contacted about their appointment. That information is shared with you for that purpose. We keep the consent record. Our handling of homeowner data is described in the homeowner privacy notice shown on the booking page.
8. Google and Twilio
The Google Ads client account is created under our manager account and remains ours; you may request a summary of its history at any time. Text messages and the tracking number are provided through Twilio. Both services can change their policies or availability, and we are not responsible for outages or policy actions on their side, though we will work to resolve them.
9. Limits of liability
The Service is provided as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for the acts of homeowners.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date accepts the change.
